This page will be about pictures of Swampy in action! Look for photos of Swampy as he travels around and about looking at interesting components of wetlands and watersheds. Occassionally I flow(on rollerblades!) and with the sound of Swamp sounds and talk with you about your wetlands and watershed components.

I always like to hear from the kids that I meet and I would like to hear from you! Are there things such as itchy or colorful plants or neat animals such as geese, frogs or snakes that you've seen in your nearby wetland or watershed?

I got a chance to attend the Izaak Walton League of America "Communities Working for Wetlands" and BAWWG "Assessing the Health of Wetland Life" conferences held in Orlando, Florida the week of May 14, 2001...
I also attended the national Society of Wetland Scientists conference in Chicago with the theme of "Urban Wetlands: Protecting & Enhancing the Resource" May 27 -June 1, 2001.
